TRAILASAUR Account and Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your TRAILASAUR account and associated app data.

FASTEST PATH

Delete inside the TRAILASAUR app

  1. Open TRAILASAUR.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Go to Support.
  4. Open "What data do you store, and how do I delete my account?"
  5. Tap "Delete my account."
  6. Follow the confirmation and reauthentication steps.

WEB REQUEST

If you cannot access the app

  1. Sign in on the TRAILASAUR website if possible.
  2. Submit the web request form on this page using the email address connected to your TRAILASAUR account.
  3. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

DATA DELETED

What deletion covers

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • profile/account details
  • activity history and recorded sessions
  • activity sensor samples where applicable
  • TrailBites, rewards, coupons, badges, and artifact-related account data
  • bike, gear, and rider profile information
  • app notifications and account-specific app data
  • user-uploaded files stored under the user account path where applicable
  • connected-service tokens or links controlled by Trailasaur, where applicable

DATA RETAINED

Records we may keep

  • order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, refund, compliance, or business records where retention is legally or operationally required
  • support messages and deletion request records needed to document and process the request
  • anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify the user

Most account data is deleted after the request is verified and processed. Some records, such as order, payment, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, support, or legal/compliance records, may be retained for as long as required for legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
